Giveaway Official Rules

• 1. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR SUBMISSION TO A SALE PROMOTION IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Void where prohibited by law.
• 2. This sweepstakes is open only to persons who are legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees and the families of employees of Spirit Airlines and Universal Orlando are not eligible to participate or win.
• 3. Only persons eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to enter to win, provided, however, that if the Winner is under twenty-one (21) years old, their Guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years old in order to check into the hotel. Unless a child or the ward of the Winner, Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary as the Winner. The Winner and any Guest must be eligible and able to travel by aircraft.
• 4. The sweepstakes begins on September 27, 2019 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 24, 2019 at 11:59:00 PM ET. This sweepstakes may be entered by going to www.spiritgetaway.com and filling out the official entry form located on the website there by providing your first name, last name, zip code and email address. Entrants must agree to the Terms & Conditions, then submit the entry form there. Limit one (1) entry per person. Subject to applicable law, all data from entries may be used by Spirit for marketing purposes, provided that entrants will have the right to opt out of receiving e-mail communications on and after the receipt of the first such email.
• 5. There will be two (2) prizes (“Prize”) awarded, Each prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) Guest (“Guest”) to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (“Trip”).
• 6. Each Trip will include two (2) round-trip tickets on Spirit Airlines from Nashville International Airport to Orlando International Airport; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Surfside Inn and Suites or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL; 3-Day 3-Park, Park-to-Park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal’s Volcano Bay water theme park, for Winner and one (1) Guest; and admission to one (1) Blue Man Group Show (exact date and time to be determined by Universal Orlando in their sole discretion) for Winner and one (1) Guest.
• 7. The Fair Market Value (“FMV”) of each Prize is approximately Two Thousand Three Hundred Sixteen and 98/100 Dollars ($2,316.98) but may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline airfare fluctuations. No guaranty as to the FMV is made. Additional carrier charges (including charges for baggage) may apply. Go to www.spirit.com for additional information on carrier charges.
• 8. Trip must be completed by October 25th, 2020 or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety without further or alternative compensation. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prizes and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal Orlando and Spirit Airlines’ approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. The Prize is not, in whole or in part, redeemable for cash or transferable. Winner may elect to partake in any or all portions of the Prize with or without the Guest, but the unused portion will be forfeited and not subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. No “miles” in Spirit Airlines’ Free Spirit frequent flier program will be awarded in connection with the tickets provided. Spirit Airlines’ Contract of Carriage will apply to the tickets and their use.
• 9. The Winner of this sweepstakes will be determined on or about October 25, 2019 via random drawing. Spirit may change that date and/or cancel the sweepstakes in its discretion. Any winner that cannot be reached via the method specified in their entry or contact Spirit per instructions provided within forty-eight (48) hours will forfeit their prize and another winner will be selected.
• 10. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner and Guest are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (e.g., valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted.
• 11. The odds of winning will be based on the number of participants.
• 12. This sweepstakes is sponsored and conducted by Spirit Airlines, Inc., 2800 Executive Way, Miramar, FL 33025. A list of the winners may be obtained at that address by appointment only made within 10 days of the date on which the winners are determined. Spirit’s liabilities with respect to transportation on its flights will be governed by its Contract of Carriage. For all other matters, any claims in connection herewith shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees and in no event more than $100.
• 13. Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a/ Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) is a prize supplier of the hotel accommodations, ground transportation, theme park tickets, and show tickets only in this sweepstakes, is not a sponsor of this sweepstakes, and is not responsible for the administration of this sweepstakes, the collection of the entries or the conduct of the draws. Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Orlando arising out of or relating to any person’s use of or participation in any portion of the Prize provided by Universal Orlando shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws, provisions therein, and be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.
• 14. Spirit Airlines has the right to use images and names of winners for promotional purposes.
